Iran Oston Consulting Engineers (I.O.C.E)
(I.O.C.E) (Private stock, Registered No. 30679, Tehran) has been provided Consulting Services since 1979 in a pragmatic and active way, and also undertaken main tasks & executed fundamental projects on Engineering Services & Infrastructures including Freeways, Highways, Roads, Railway, Tunnels and Bridges by a great workgroup consisting of more than 250 professional engineers & experts;
I.O.C.E is the first Iranian Consulting Engineers whom obtained Qualification Certificates of grade 1 & repetition in Road & Rail, and grade 3 in Geo-technique, also has an active membership in 11 national & int’l technical associations.
Total projects what had been conducted on studies & supervision during 3 decades, are over
than 5000 km (national/ Int’l) on Road, Freeway, Highway, Railway, Tunnels, special Bridges and relevant technical Buildings (including National Projects: 400 sets of Bridges with the
length of 30 km, 90 sets of Tunnels with total length of 100 km, 60 km of Metro through Urban Development, 190 km Railway (including 1100 km Superstructure, Signaling & Communications with 20 non-leveled intersections and 3 Railway Stations); and International ones: 5 sets of large scale Bridges (including a large bridge over Nile river) & 3100 m of Tunnel)

The longest tunnel: The longest tunnel is approx. 3300m located in variant of Imamzadeh Hashem in Haraz line;
The best design:
- Hoseyniyeh Bridge located in Zal- Andimeshk Freeway;
(Winner of the best design & execution for concrete Bridge in 2015)
- A viaduct (DK5+550) on Freeway of Tehran- Pardis;
(Winner of the best design & execution for concrete bridge in 2016)
The most beautiful bridges:
- Ghazian bridge located in Anzali, is designed & executed as a cantilever bridge with length of 276m & 125m span;
- Hoseyniyeh Bridge located in Zal- Andimeshk Freeway with length of 210m & max. span of 110m;
- A viaduct (DK5+500) overpass the Freeway of Tehran- Pardis with length of 215m & max. span of 110m.
Innovation & Creativity:
- The first innovator & designer of software application in order to perform due calculations & prepare the longitudinal & latitudinal profiles of Roads & Freeways in format of CSDP program;
- To apply the fiber shotcrete for the first time in Khomari tunnel located in Mashhad- Bafgh railway;
- To design & execute bridge in pushing method for the first time in Esfahan- Shiraz railway (Izadkhast bridge with length of 400m & 75m spans);
- ISO 9001-2000 certificate was achieved in 2003 as the first Consultant from Road & Railway group;
- For the first time in the superstructure projects of Iran, The precision instruments were applied inside the tunnel located in Imamzadeh Hashem Variant to Haraz line, in order to control due stresses.
The quickest project:
- Design & supervision on the construction of Khorramabad- Pol-e Zal Freeway with length of 104 km, which includes 14 large Bridges (totally 2.6km) & 15 Tunnels (26km totally) during 55 months.
The completion of due project was accelerated & commenced to operate 5 months sooner than the predicted time schedule.
- Design & supervision on the construction of Pol-e Zal- Andiumeshk Freeway with length of 45 km, which includes 10 large Bridges overpass the valleys & rivers (totally 1.6km) during 35 months.
The completion of due project was accelerated & commenced to operate 5 months sooner than the predicted time schedule.
- Design & supervision on the construction of Ghazian Bridge (located in Anzali) with length of 276m (roundtrip) & a medium span (125m) during 24 months.
The most massive project:
- Design & supervision on the construction of the first high speed railway in Iran (double tracks & electrified) with length of 410km on the line of Tehran- Qom- Esfahan.
